Ross' Security Division offers a wide selection of products to address many security needs. Forced Entry / Ballistic Resistant (FE/BR) and Blast Resistant structures products include doors and windows for applications such as guard booths, control rooms, cashier areas, executive offices and similar applications. The performance of these products has been validated for blast, ballistic and forced-entry resistance in accordance with U.S. Department of State standards. All FE/BR and blast resistant windows & products are factory finished to customer specifications with available powder coating, painting and decorative metal cladding. Galvanizing is also available on most products for additional protection against the most severe environmental conditions.

Barriers are designed by Nasatka Barriers and produced by Ross engineering. Each of our barriers (whether our portable barriers, fixed steel barriers or drop arm / crash beams) is superbly designed with an integrated self-contained hydraulic system, a heavy hot-dip galvanized finish and when possible are completely counterbalanced to reduce hydraulic operating pressures and enable simple mechanical 'by-hand' guard force operation. Our barriers are tested and proven to provide reliable protection and a secure perimeter. We can design, manufacture and install complete multi-lane security barriers to meet your specific requirements.

Hydraulic Bollards can be lowered below ground to allow entry and virtually disappear when in the retracted position. The hydraulic power system allows the posts to return to an extended (or raised) position in case of a security threat. A self-contained hydraulic system allows each bollard to be individually or group controlled. A conventional hydraulic system is also available providing features such as E-Up (providing approximately 1 second emergency raise time) and accumulator power-out operation. A watertight design ensures that the bollards will not allow standing water to accumulate internally, thus providing an operating environment conducive to long life for the hydraulic and electrical components.
